Janelle Monáe is a talented American musician, actress, and model who is affiliated with their own label, Wondaland Arts Society, as well as Atlantic Records. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, to Janet, a janitor, and Michael Robinson Summers, a truck driver, Monáe has made an impressive mark in the entertainment industry.
