Jayde Nicole — Biography

Jayde Nicole became the Playboy Playmate of the Month in January 2007, and she earned the title of Playmate of the Year in 2008. Her journey in modeling commenced at the young age of six, when she participated in various catalogs and fashion shows. When she was seven, her family relocated to Port Perry. However, at eleven, she chose to step back from the world of modeling. It was at fifteen that her fate changed; a scout from a Toronto modeling agency discovered her outside the Air Canada Centre and offered her a chance to resume her modeling career. Jayde attended George Brown University in Toronto, where she briefly studied hotel management but ultimately decided to leave her studies behind to concentrate on modeling. Encouraged by her mother, Nicole decided to submit her photos to "Playboy." She was ultimately featured as the Playmate of the Month in the magazine's January 2007 edition. A year later, she was recognized as Playmate of the Year, making her the first Canadian to achieve this honor in 26 years.
