Kathy Lloyd — Biography
Kathy Lloyd, hailing from Portmerion, Merioneth, Wales, United Kingdom, graced the covers of 22 magazines and participated in 22 photoshoots before her retirement in 2006. She was primarily known as a glamour model, Page 3 girl, and television host. After leaving school at 16, she was employed at the Top Shop clothing store in Liverpool, eventually transitioning into modelling. Early in her career, renowned UK glamour photographer Beverley Goodway captured some of her initial images and encouraged her to send them to The Sun. Kathy made her debut as a Page 3 girl in The Sun in early 1986, at just 19 years old, and quickly established herself as a familiar face in the publication. Later, she appeared in men's magazines such as Maxim, Loaded, and FHM. In 2002, she also hosted two talk shows for Granada Television’s Men & Motors satellite station, namely Talking Dirty and Kathy Lloyd's Naughty Business. Kathy was recognized in 2005 as one of the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World. Like many of her peers in the industry, she has been linked to several notable figures. Currently, she is the mother of a two-year-old son and a newborn baby. On December 28, 2006, her boyfriend Lee inflicted injuries upon her at her Chelsea flat in London. She required stitches for a four-inch cut on the inside of her left bicep, reportedly sustained from a broken wine glass. Following the incident, Lee was apprehended by the Metropolitan Police.
