Lauren Lee Smith — Biography

Born on June 19, 1980, Canadian performer Lauren Lee Smith has carved out a notable career, particularly in the realm of television. Audiences have come to recognize her through a variety of captivating television characters. She portrayed Emma DeLauro in the science fiction series Mutant X, a role that showcased her talent in a syndicated drama. Later, she joined the cast of the CBS forensics procedural CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, embodying the character of Riley Adams. Smith also took on the mantle of police sergeant Michelle McCluskey in the CTV fantasy drama The Listener, and more recently, she has been celebrated for her work as Frankie Drake in the CBC detective program Frankie Drake Mysteries. In 2005, Smith appeared in the film Lie to Me, which featured scenes involving explicit sexual content, including depictions of vaginal intercourse.
