LisaRaye McCoy — Biography
LisaRaye McCoy-Misick, known professionally as LisaRaye, entered the world on September 23, 1967, in Chicago, Illinois. Her father was a businessman, and her mother was a professional model. LisaRaye also shares a half-sibling in the rapper Da Brat. Before venturing into the entertainment industry, LisaRaye studied at Eastern Illinois University. She also once held the title of wife to Michael Misick, the former Prime Minister of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
LisaRaye's career in show business began with her modeling work, strutting runways at local churches and high schools in her hometown of Chicago.
