Marina Sirtis is an actress of British-American descent, celebrated primarily for her portrayal of Counselor Deanna Troi in the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation, along with the four subsequent films and various projects within the Star Trek universe. Throughout the majority of her acting career, Sirtis had natural breasts, but in her forties, she chose to undergo breast augmentation due to sagging. However, she now expresses regret about this decision. When questioned about why she hasn't opted to have the implants removed, Sirtis has stated that she believes there is significant societal pressure on women to "fix" their appearances and, as such, she prefers to accept the choice she made, despite considering it a misstep. While her intention was to achieve a better shape and lift, the size of her breasts is now larger than they were before the surgery.
