Michelle Marsh is a British vocalist and former adult model, born on September 30, 1982. She gained prominence through her appearances on Page 3 of numerous tabloids and various British men's publications. Hailing from Royton, a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham located in Greater Manchester, England, Marsh developed an interest in singing, acting and modelling during her youth and while attending Crompton House School, she harbored aspirations of entering the entertainment industry. Prior to her modelling career, she held a position as a care assistant at a nursing facility in Royton. She subsequently appeared on the TV sound-alike program Stars in Their Eyes performing as Baby Spice and participated in ITV's singing competition Popstars before transitioning toward modelling. She secured a position as a Page 3 girl for The Sun in 2002 and initiated a productive modelling partnership with Lucy Pinder in 2003. Her work has been featured across numerous publications including Loaded, Perfect 10, Nuts, Maxim, Zoo and Playboy. She appeared in 4-4-2's music video for "Come On England" released before UEFA Euro 2004, which achieved number 2 status on the UK charts. She competed on The X Factor: Battle of the Stars, placing seventh. During October 2006 she made appearances on The Steam Room, an ITV Digital channel show on Men and Motors, and appeared as a contestant on Trust Me - I'm A Beauty Therapist broadcast on Channel 5. Early television work included extra roles in soap operas like Brookside. In the 2005 FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World list, she debuted at position 33. She ranked 47th in the 2006 edition of the same poll. Following a modelling hiatus from late 2007 due to pregnancy, Marsh returned briefly in March 2009 for a Zoo session. On November 6, 2006 she released her debut single "I Don't Do", which reached number 5 on the UK Indie Chart and peaked at number 89 on the UK Singles Chart over a two-week period. The single contained only the title track without additional tracks or remixes. Marsh married retired Scottish footballer Will Haining on June 2, 2007 at Auchen Castle Hotel in Scotland. The couple has three children together.
