Currently, Monica anchors News 4 Tucson at 4, 6, and 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday, sharing the desk with Sean Mooney. Her journey to Arizona television news involved a five-year tenure in Phoenix. There, she honed her skills as a Weekend Anchor and Reporter for Arizona's Family News 3TV CBS 5 News, and as a Mult-Media Journalist and Reporter at 12 News KPNX.
Her broadcasting career began in Washington, D.C., at the NBC affiliate WRC-TV, where she served as a production assistant and writer. Notably, in 2008, she contributed to field producing Pope Benedict XVI's inaugural visit to the nation's capital.
