Neferteri Shepherd — Biography
Neferteri Shepherd is an American adult model, television personality, actress, and former Playboy model. She gained prominence as a Playboy Playmate in July 2000 and served as the host of VH1's Sex & Rock n Roll. In addition to her work with Playboy, she has appeared in various Playboy videos, as well as in African-American men's magazines and calendars. Her television credits include numerous shows throughout her career.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Shepherd moved to Oakland, California, with her mother when she was just three years old. In her pursuit of a modeling career, she relocated to Los Angeles as a teenager. Her time in LA quickly paid off, as she was signed by two leading agencies within months and has maintained a steady modeling career ever since. Shepherd has collaborated with brands like Stuff Magazine, Baby Phat, Privacy Wear, Shirley of Hollywood, Maxim, Excell Style, and Black Men's Magazine.
Shepherd has hosted several television programs, including The X Show, UPN's Big City, and Starz Network's The B Side. Recently, she has also expanded her career into the realm of B movies and television acting, featuring in episodes of Method & Red and The Parkers.
