Olivia Rose, a resident of Pennsylvania, followed in the footsteps of her grandmother Atna by pursuing a career as an adult model. Throughout her time in the industry, she appeared on eight magazine covers and completed eight separate photoshoots before stepping away from modeling in 2018.
