Penelope Ford — Biography

Olivia Hasler, widely recognized in the wrestling world as Penelope Ford, is an American professional wrestler currently signed with All Elite Wrestling. Her professional wrestling career also includes notable appearances in Combat Zone Wrestling. All Elite Wrestling made public their agreement with Ford on January 8, 2019, confirming her arrival in the company sometime in 2019, with Joey Janela also joining. Ford soon took on a managerial role for her real-life partner, Kip Sabian, and their on-screen rivalry involved Janela.

Ford's inaugural match within AEW took place on the inaugural AEW Dark episode, aired on October 9, 2019. Partnering with Bea Priestley, she faced Allie and Britt Baker, but their team was unsuccessful. Her first victory in AEW occurred on the March 3 episode of Dark, where she teamed with Britt Baker to defeat Yuka Sakazaki and Riho. Ford's debut on a major pay-per-view event, Double or Nothing, was on May 23, 2020, in a match against Kris Statlander. This appearance came as a last-minute substitution due to an injury sustained by Britt Baker, and Ford was defeated.

A significant win came for Ford on the June 10 episode of AEW Dynamite when she teamed with Nyla Rose to defeat Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander. Ford secured the pinfall against Shida, which earned her a shot at the AEW Women's World Championship at Fyter Fest. However, she was unable to win the title, being defeated by Shida at the event.

During the All Out event, Ford shared news of her impending marriage to Sabian and hinted at a reveal of Sabian's best man on the subsequent Dynamite. The identity of Sabian's best man was unveiled on the September 9 episode of Dynamite as Miro, who would be attending the wedding of Sabian and Ford. On October 23, 2021, Ford participated in the AEW TBS Women's Championship tournament, where she faced Ruby Soho and was defeated. A street fight on the December 31, 2021 episode of AEW Rampage saw Ford and The Bunny lose to Anna Jay and Tay Conti after an extended feud.

On July 8, 2022, following public discussion regarding her limited in-ring appearances since January, Tony Khan disclosed that Ford was not medically cleared to compete. Ford made her return to AEW programming on August 15, appearing on AEW Dark Elevation, where she defeated Heather Reckless via submission.
