Serena Autieri — Biography
Born in Naples, Italy, on April 4, 1976, Serena Autieri has carved a distinguished career as an Italian performer, excelling in the realms of music and acting across film, stage, and television. Her formative years were dedicated to honing her talents in ballet, singing, and elocution. In 1997, she unveiled her musical offering, the album Anima Soul. Autieri’s journey into the public eye on television began in 1998 with a role in the RAI Tre soap opera Un posto al sole. Her theatrical debut arrived in 2002 when she took to the stage in the musical Bulli e pupe. The subsequent year, 2003, saw her share the spotlight as a co-host for the 52nd Sanremo Music Festival, a nationally broadcast event, alongside Pippo Baudo and Claudia Gerini. Her cinematic lead debut came in 2004 with the film Sara May, directed by Marianna Sciveres. The blonde, blue-eyed Autieri has since graced numerous soap operas and television mini-series, including La maledizione dei templari, where she embodied Clemence of Hungary, and L'onore e il rispetto, in which she played Olga. Beyond her acting work, Autieri also occasionally lends her presence to television commercials.
