Thalia Olvino — Biography

Thalia Olvino, a Venezuelan model and beauty queen, earned the prestigious Miss Venezuela crown in 2019. Her participation in the national pageant saw her represent the state of Delta Amacuro. Following her victory, she proudly carried the Venezuelan flag onto the international stage at the Miss Universe 2019 competition, which took place in Atlanta, Georgia, in December of that year. For her national costume presentation, Olvino opted for a striking, futuristic design, a tribute to the kinetic art of Carlos Cruz-Diez, complete with moving elements. Her efforts at Miss Universe saw her secure a spot in the Top 20, marking the third consecutive year Venezuela achieved a placement at the international event, following Keysi Sayago's success in 2017. Her major competition achievements include winning Miss Venezuela 2019 and placing in the Top 20 at Miss Universe 2019.
