Angela Cartwright — Biography

Born in Britain and later becoming a citizen of the United States, Angela Cartwright is an actress recognized for her memorable performances. She is perhaps best known to audiences for her portrayal of Penny Robinson, the youngest child in the enduring science fiction program "Lost in Space," which aired from 1965 to 1968. Prior to that, she also took on the role of Brigitta von Trapp in the celebrated 1965 musical film "The Sound of Music." Angela Cartwright shares a familial connection in the acting world, being the younger sibling of actress Veronica Cartwright.
