Aurelie Dotremont — Biography
Born on December 12, 1990, Aurelie Dotremont hails from Belgium and was raised by her mother in a family accustomed to the spotlight. She speaks Dutch fluently. Her introduction to the public came in 2011 through the TF1 program Carré VIP, though the show's run was brief, ending after just two weeks. Despite the program's failure, Aurelie's strong personality was noticed, leading to her casting in the second season of L'île des vérités in 2012. While filming this show, she entered into a relationship with fellow contestant Samir.
The following year, in 2013, Aurelie traveled to Florida to participate in the fifth season of Les Anges de la téléréalité, where she fulfilled her ambition of recording a song. In August 2014, she publicly acknowledged her relationship with Julien Bert, and by December, the couple was engaged. They appeared together in Les Vacances des Anges during the summer of 2015, but their relationship concluded by the end of that year.
A prominent figure on social media, Aurelie frequently faces criticism from viewers regarding her confrontational and sometimes aggressive behavior. However, her ability to energize any environment is a trait that greatly appeals to producers, securing her return for numerous projects. Her television appearances include Moundir and the Apprentice Adventurers, Les Marseillais and the Ch'tis VS the Rest of the World, and The Princes and Princesses of Love, demonstrating her consistent presence in reality television. In 2019, Aurelie Dotremont released her autobiography, titled "You will end up in a window."
