Her presence was a notable feature on seasons six, seven, and eight of the highly watched television show Dance Moms. She also showcased her talent on the inaugural season of Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. Prior to these television engagements, Elliana achieved the prestigious title of Miss Petite Dance America and honed her skills at the Joffrey Ballet. Her foray into acting included a role in the seventh season of the popular Brat series, Chicken Girls, which she joined in 2020. Her engaging personality and dancing prowess quickly translated into a significant social media following, with over 2.4 million individuals following her on Instagram alone.
