Emily Rose Compagno is a multifaceted American professional, known for her roles as an attorney, television host, and former professional cheerleader. After successfully passing the California bar exam, Compagno launched her career as a criminal defense lawyer in San Francisco while also leading the Oakland Raiders cheerleading team, the Raiderettes, in her capacity as captain. Her connection with the NFL led to her being chosen as an ambassador, allowing her to promote the league in cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Additionally, she was among a select group of five NFL cheerleaders chosen by the USO to visit American troops deployed in Iraq and Kuwait.
Her legal journey included serving as a Senior Judge Judicial Extern for John T. Noonan at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, followed by her role as a federal attorney for the Social Security Administration. Compagno later passed the Washington bar and expanded her professional experience internationally, holding legal positions in Cape Town, South Africa, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
In 2018, Compagno began her association with Fox News as a contributor and legal analyst. She became a semi-regular co-host on the weekday talk show The Five, and she frequently appears on other programs, such as Gutfeld!, where she shares her insights and legal expertise on current events. Her own show, Crimes That Changed America, premiered on Fox Nation on March 9, 2020. In January 2021, she took on the role of co-host for Outnumbered alongside Harris Faulkner and Kayleigh McEnany. More recently, in February 2023, it was announced that she would host The FOX True Crime Podcast on Fox News Radio. Of diverse heritage that includes Bohemian (Czech), English, German, and Italian roots, Compagno had garnered 590,000 followers on Instagram by August 2025.
