Helle Trevino, a formidable presence in the world of professional bodybuilding, holds the fourth position according to the IFBB Pro Women's Rankings. Her journey into fitness began at the age of nineteen, and by twenty-two, in the year 2000, she stepped onto the competitive stage for the very first time. Her professional debut occurred at the 2010 Ms. International, an event notable as the sole competition in her career where she did not secure a top-five placement. Twice, in both 2013 and 2014, Trevino achieved the runner-up position at the prestigious Ms. Olympia, finishing behind Iris Kyle, a competitor renowned for holding the record for the most Olympia titles. Her most celebrated achievement arrived in 2018 with her victory at the Rising Phoenix World Championships. She is widely recognized as the preeminent Romanian female bodybuilder in history and continues to serve as a significant source of motivation for many. Presently, Trevino holds the position of vice president of European operations for Wings of Strength, an organization dedicated to promoting and supporting female bodybuilding.
