Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, Jill Smith is a multifaceted individual known for her business acumen and a career in glamour modeling. Her formative years were spent in Winter Park, Florida, where her journey into the modeling world commenced during her teenage years. Initially, she engaged in promotional work for establishments lining Park Avenue. By the age of sixteen, she had entered a competition hosted by Seventeen Magazine in St. Augustine, Florida.

At twenty-one, Jill embraced motherhood, raising two daughters, which led her to temporarily step back from modeling to dedicate her attention to her family. Her academic pursuits led her to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she studied Nursing and Social Work, ultimately graduating in her thirties. Over time, Jill gained experience in diverse professional fields, including restaurant management, sales, and marketing, alongside working with children. This varied background paved the way for a significant career shift back to professional modeling at the age of 49.

In recognition of her vibrant presence, iHeart Radio bestowed upon her the title of 'America's hottest grandma' during the Spring and Summer of 2020. Further expanding her professional reach, in the summer of 2022, she launched Creative Model Connections, an initiative that includes an Instagram platform and an event page designed to foster connections within the modeling community. Shaylene Pase, also featured at Creative Model Connections, is Jill's daughter.
