Blonde and comely, with a striking physique, Joey Karson embarked on her professional journey in adult entertainment as a dancer in gentleman's clubs in her local area shortly after reaching the age of eighteen. Her aspirations soon led her to New York City, where she continued to develop her stage career. It was within the vibrant scene of New York that Karson shifted into hardcore pornography during the early 1980s. In 1983, she made an unexpected departure from the adult film industry. However, she maintained her presence on stage in strip clubs and also lent her image to numerous nude photo sessions for publications like "Swank," "Gent," "Cheri," "Bust Out," and "Hustler Busty Beauties."
