Joyce Nizzari — Biography

Joyce Nizzari, a striking and well-formed brunette, entered the world on May 20, 1940, in the Bronx, New York City. Her heritage is Italian. At the tender age of fifteen, while in Miami, Florida, her captivating presence was noticed by the renowned glamour photographer Bunny Yeager. By August of 1957, Nizzari had been crowned the queen at a yearly gathering hosted by the Florida Photographers Association. The following year, 1958, she was put forward by the Hialeah Junior Chamber of Commerce as a candidate for the Miss America beauty pageant. Her image graced the front of the July 1958 edition of "Playboy," and she was featured as the Playmate of the Month in the December 1958 issue of that prominent men's publication. In addition to her modeling work, Joyce also served as a Bunny at the very first Playboy Club, located in Chicago, Illinois.
