Kelli Berglund, an American actress, gained prominence for her role as Bree Davenport in the Disney XD series Lab Rats and its subsequent spinoff, Lab Rats: Elite Force. She also made a guest appearance on the series' related show, Mighty Med. In 2014, Berglund took on the leading part of Mae Hartley in the Disney Channel Original Movie How to Build a Better Boy. Her acting portfolio expanded with her portrayal of Carly Carson in the 2019 Starz television drama series Now Apocalypse. Additionally, Berglund starred in two Australian-set films focused on sports: Raising the Bar in 2016 and Going for Gold in 2018. More recently, she has been starring as Crystal in the 2021 Starz drama television series Heels. As of February 2026, Berglund has cultivated a significant online presence, with 1.4 million followers on Instagram and 169,700 followers on TikTok.
Born and raised in Moorpark, California, Berglund continues to reside there with her parents, Mark and Michelle Berglund, and her younger sister, Kirra, who was born in 2002. She completed her high school education through Moorpark High School's independent study program. In her leisure time, Berglund enjoys swimming and photography.
Berglund's professional journey began at a young age as a regular cast member on TLC's Hip Hop Harry. Her television credits also include appearances on Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader and America's Next Producer. Prior to these, she was featured in the independent film Bye Bye Benjamin. Berglund has also lent her face to numerous commercials for brands such as Old Navy, Hyundai, Bratz, McDonald's, and Mattel. Her modeling experience extends to print and campaign work for Reebok and the Camarillo Academy of Performing Arts. Berglund has received numerous accolades for her prowess in dance, excelling in lyrical contemporary and jazz. While proficient in both, her preferred dance style is contemporary, a fusion of ballet and jazz.
From 2012 to 2016, Berglund captivated audiences as Bree Davenport, a hyperactive bionic superhuman with super-speed, in the Disney XD comedy series Lab Rats. She reprised this role in the 2016 spinoff series, Lab Rats: Elite Force. In 2013, Berglund made a guest appearance on the Disney XD series Kickin' It, portraying Sloane Jennings, a karate prodigy. During this episode, her character performed a duet titled "Had Me @ Hello" with Olivia Holt's character, Kim Crawford.
