Melisa Asli Pamuk — Biography

Born a Dutch citizen with Turkish roots, Melisa Asli Pamuk hails from a family originating in İskenderun, Hatay, Turkey. Her journey into the spotlight began with modeling at the young age of 14. Her striking presence led her to pageant success, culminating in her crowning as Miss Turkey 2011 on June 2, 2011. She received the esteemed title from the previous year's winner, Gizem Memiç. Prior to this, she had also garnered recognition by winning "Best Promising" at the Best Model of Turkey competition in 2009. Standing at a height of 1.76 meters, Pamuk's linguistic talents are considerable, with fluency in Turkish, English, Dutch, and German, and a foundational knowledge of French. While she initially pursued a Psychology degree at the University of Amsterdam, her burgeoning modeling aspirations led her to leave her studies behind.
