After her early years in Houston, she spent her childhood in Cleveland, Ohio. During her time in high school, she took on jobs as a babysitter and later worked at Abercrombie & Fitch. Pursuing higher education, she attended Cleveland State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biology, graduating with honors.

Following her college graduation, Monroe decided to embark on a career in modeling. In 2015, she began a romantic relationship with John Gray, the CEO of Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Clubs. Shortly thereafter, she started modeling for various international editions of Playboy. As her career progressed, she enrolled at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, in the late 2010s.
