Throughout her career, Nancy Coursey traveled internationally, including visits to India and Australia, while maintaining close ties with her family. By 2003, she had returned to Morganton to live with them. On October 11, 2002, she became engaged to local pharmacist and real estate entrepreneur Bracey Bobbitt.

Tragically, Paige Summers was found dead at her home on the shores of Lake James on the morning of September 22, 2003, from an overdose involving a combination of the painkillers codeine and oxycodone. She is always remembered as a captivating figure in the adult modeling world, blending extraordinary allure with a relatable charm that resonated with many.
