Sobre Patricia Heaton
Patricia Heaton began her acting journey in New York under the guidance of drama instructor William Esper. She made her Broadway debut in the gospel musical "Don't Get God Started." Following this, she and her classmates established Stage Three, an acting troupe that focused on producing Off-Broadway plays. One of their productions, "The Johnstown Vindicator," eventually made its way to Los Angeles, where Heaton's talent was recognized by casting directors. This led to her role as the producer/daughter in the television show Room for Two, which aired in 1992. Heaton’s other television appearances include a lead part in Someone Like Me (1994), a main role in Women of the House (1995), and a recurring spot on the series Thirtysomething (1987). She also starred in the acclaimed TV movie Miracle in the Woods (1997) alongside Della Reese. Her film credits include roles in Memoirs of an Invisible Man (1992), Beethoven (1992), The New Age (1994), and Space Jam (1996). Heaton gained critical acclaim for her portrayal in Everybody Loves Raymond (1996), earning two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Additionally, she received a nomination for an Emmy Award in 1999 in the same category and was honored with the 1998-99 Viewers for Quality Television Best Actress in a Quality Comedy Award.
