Roshni Walia — Biography

Roshni Walia's journey into the entertainment world commenced with advertisements before she transitioned to acting in television programs. Her initial foray into acting roles came after her commercial work. She then secured a part in the Life OK drama, Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, where she portrayed the character Jiyana. Following this, Walia was selected for another Life OK series, Ringa Ringa Roses, taking on the role of the daughter to Samir Soni's character.

In 2014, Walia took on the significant role of the young Maharani Ajabde Punwar, the initial wife of Maharana Pratap, in the historical drama Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap. Her performance in this capacity earned her a nomination for Best Child Actor - Female at the 13th Indian Telly Awards that same year. Later in 2014, specifically in December, Walia appeared in the third season of the youth-focused crime drama Gumrah: End of Innocence. This series, which broadcast on Channel V India, saw her playing the character Aarohi.

The year 2015 marked Walia's portrayal of Survi in Zee TV's drama Yeh Vaada Raha. More recently, in 2019, she played Tara Mane in the Sony TV series Tara From Satara. As of January 2025, Roshni Walia has built a substantial online presence, boasting 3.7 million followers on Instagram and a YouTube channel with 43,900 subscribers.
