Born Samantha Lynne Hanratty on September 20, 1995, Sammi Hanratty is an American performer. Her inaugural starring role came in 2009 when she embodied Chrissa Maxwell in the movie An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong. Later, in 2011, she took on the part of Whitney Brown in the film The Greening of Whitney Brown. Hanratty lends her support to the Starlight Children's Foundation, holding the designation of Celebrity Friend.
