Sarah De Herdt — Biography

Hailing from Brussels, Belgium, Sarah De Herdt possesses a diverse professional background, excelling as a chemist, dietitian, and legal assistant. Her academic journey culminated in a Master's degree in Biochemistry, which she earned at the age of twenty-two. Beyond her scholarly and professional pursuits, Sarah has a notable history as an athlete and fitness model. She competed in track and field, bodybuilding, and fitness modeling, achieving significant success. Her competitive spirit was evident when she claimed victory in the Belgium Nabba fitness competition in both 2002 and 2003. She also demonstrated her prowess in the 2004 championship open of the IFBB. Her athletic achievements extended to the Belgian Championships in Athletics in 2006, where she reached the finals in the "body finesse" category and secured sixth place in the 200-meter race. Following her athletic endeavors, Sarah engaged in a brief period of adult modeling work around 2007.
