Sung Hi Lee is a South Korean model and actress born on April 1, 1970 in Seoul, South Korea. She was raised in Eun-Pyung Gu, specifically in the Gi-Ja Chon area of the capital city before immigrating to the United States in 1978. During her time in America, she pursued higher education at Ohio State University, where she attended on scholarship for a three-year period.
Lee built a career as a model specializing in artistic nude photography, appearing in Playboy magazine and various other publications as well as commercial work. She has been credited professionally under multiple names including Hi Sung Lee, Sung Lee, and Sandra Kim. In December 2010, she served as a featured Playboy model and made history as the first Asian model to appear on the magazine's cover.
Beyond her modeling work, Lee transitioned into acting, appearing in films including A Night On the Water, Error in Judgment, Chain of Command, This Girl's Life, Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure, and The Girl Next Door, spanning from 1998 to 2004. On television, she took on the role of the DC Comics villain Lady Shiva in the 2002 series Birds of Prey and portrayed Sophie, a waitress character, on the long-running soap opera Days of Our Lives.
