Known for her meticulous portrayals of tragic and classical female characters, Crippa dedicated herself to a deep, personal exploration of vocal techniques, aiming to refine her diction and elevate singing as potent tools for expression. Her achievements were recognized in 1994 with a Silver Mask award, followed by the Hystrio Award for Interpretation in 2001. In 1988, Crippa made a notable appearance, posing fully nude for the publication Excelsior.
