Elizabeth Katz is an American cosplayer, actress, model, adult model, and internet sensation. She made her cinematic debut in the film The Crow: Wicked Prayer in 2005. Under the stage name Risi Simms, she worked as a porn star from 2007 until 2015. Katz transitioned into professional cosplaying after winning IGN’s Best Cosplay award at WonderCon in 2012. The same year, she gained popularity on Twitch, thanks to her impressive cosplay endeavors, YouTube channel, charm, and humor. In 2013, she launched a crowdfunding campaign to finance a cosplay outfit, successfully raising $4,690, far exceeding her initial goal of $650. This raised discussions in certain communities regarding the appropriateness of crowdfunding for cosplay.
