Tracy Dawn Scoggins, an American performer, gained recognition for portraying Monica Colby in the popular 1980s evening drama Dynasty and its subsequent series, The Colbys. Her career also includes a notable turn as Cat Grant in the television show Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, which aired from 1993 to 1997.
