Tracy Scoggins — Biography

Tracy Dawn Scoggins, an American performer, gained recognition for portraying Monica Colby in the popular 1980s evening drama Dynasty and its subsequent series, The Colbys. Her career also includes a notable turn as Cat Grant in the television show Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, which aired from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Scoggins stepped into the role of Captain Elizabeth Lochley for the concluding season of the science fiction series Babylon 5 in 1998.
