Tierra Lee participated in a Playboy Casting Call held in Toronto in 2010. This opportunity led to a shoot for Playboy Special Editions and appearances on the Playboy Girls website. Additionally, Tierra worked with Playboy TV and Playboy Live. Her shoot at Playboy's Studio West earned her the title of Cyber Girl of the Week on December 19, 2011.
