Tierra Lee participated in a Playboy Casting Call held in Toronto in 2010. This opportunity led to a shoot for Playboy Special Editions and appearances on the Playboy Girls website. Additionally, Tierra worked with Playboy TV and Playboy Live. Her shoot at Playboy's Studio West earned her the title of Cyber Girl of the Week on December 19, 2011. Later, she secured the Cyber Girl vote and was recognized as the Cyber Girl of the Month for April 2012 on the newly launched Playboy Plus website. Tierra was featured in the Cyber Club segment "All Naturals," which consisted of four pictorials, as well as in the pictorial "Girls of Playboy Live."
